Uk's most advanced robotics center chef Stewart Miller was preparing the integration of AI in robots and said not to fear the rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
The new National Robotarium chef told Sky News, 'Gradually, there will be robots in people's lives to carry out everyday tasks like shopping and cleaning. They'll be everywhere for assistance in your everyday life.'
Although scientists have expressed concerns over the rapid advancements in AI, Mr. Miller says, "We forget that we are in control of AI. Therefore, we decide how far we can stretch the technology."
He adds: "Most people already working on AI have prioritized building safeguards in the software to ensure the intelligence shouldn't do any harm."
"We must put safeguards in place to ensure the control is in our hands when it comes to working with such powerful technology. I believe it will bring more good than bad we have to worry about."
